ASTM A572/A572M-2018 "Standard Specification for Steel Sheet Piles, Spiral Welded Pipe Piles, and High-Strength Low Alloy Steel Pipe Piles"
ASTM A572/A572M-21 test method covers the properties of high-strength low-alloy columbium-vanadium structural steel. The method proceeds with the quality check, heat treatment, and the testing of the chemical composition of materials. The results obtained from this method help in quality control, research, and performance evaluation of structural steel such as steel sheets (Figure 1). The use of the sample in the construction of buildings and bridges is studied.
