On June 4, 2026, Centerway Steel successfully held its company-wide summer team-building event, themed “Gather at YINSHAN, Enjoy the Moment”, at YINSHAN Manor in Tiaoma Town, Yuhua District, Changsha. Employees from all departments came together for an afternoon and evening of team interaction, recreational activities, and a shared dinner experience.
The event opened with ice-breaking games and group challenges in the manor’s banquet hall. Colleagues collaborated across teams, demonstrated strong participation, and created a positive atmosphere for communication and interaction. Following the games, departments were assigned a creative group-photo challenge designed to encourage teamwork and originality.
All employees then gathered for a company-wide group photograph, capturing a memorable moment that reflected the unity and energy of the Centerway Steel team.
During the free-activity session, participants enjoyed the manor’s lakeside environment and recreational facilities, including mahjong, billiards, board games, and karaoke. Complimentary coffee, beverages, and snacks were available throughout the afternoon. Departments also completed their creative photo assignments, which were later submitted for evaluation in the “Best Creative Group Photo Award.”
In the evening, all participants assembled at the barbecue area for the award presentation and dinner gathering. The program featured authentic Hunan cuisine, a self-service barbecue dinner, and live folk music performed by resident singers. Employees were also invited to take the stage and sing, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere that was enjoyed by colleagues across the company.
The event provided employees with an opportunity to step away from daily work routines, deepen personal connections, and strengthen collaboration across departments. Through shared activities and informal communication, colleagues built stronger relationships that support effective teamwork in the workplace.
